Every CARTLY digital business card includes a contact exchange button. When a contact clicks it, they fill in a form with their details. That data is immediately available in the employee’s dashboard and in the admin’s organization-wide view.
The contact does not need to install an app or create an account to share their details.
Data collected includes: first name, last name, email, phone, company, job title. The form is customizable.
Your contacts, exportable and syncable to your CRM
Export contacts as CSV, VCF, or Excel from your dashboard. Via Zapier, collected contacts can be automatically synced to HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, and other compatible tools.
Data is accessible per employee, per team, and at the organization level. Each contact is timestamped and linked to the card that generated it.
